This contract is a distance contract that aims to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of the products of the company AFOULKI International, on the Internet, via the platform GOCar Who is a registered trademark by GOCar.

Product/service:
All products in the catalog are marketed within the limits of available stocks.
The company AFOULKI International  reserves the right to withdraw from the catalog an article and this without notice, it can in no case be required to compensate or cancel an order following the impossibility of using the product purchased for any reason.

Book a service:
After having found the holiday (s) you are interested in, click on the ‘Add to cart’ button, the product is then added to your booking form.
You can change your reservation at any time and you can return to the catalog by pressing Continue Shopping.
Once your purchases are completed, confirm your reservation by clicking on the “pay” button.
The “click” that you execute after completing your booking form constitutes the validation of your reservation and constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of these terms
and conditions.
As a result, you can only book services if you agree to the terms and conditions set out below.
In case of an error on your part, you can change the date or cancel your reservation from your customer area when you enter the booking form. If you need to cancel your reservation, the instructions provided in the confirmation email you receive after booking will apply, your deposit will not be refunded.

Proof of paid transactions:
The data recorded by PayPal, VISA, Master or CMI on the multichannel payment platform on behalf of AFOULKI International constitute proof of all commercial transactions between the customer and the company AFOULKI International.
